Shows desktop notifications when you receive a chat in gmail.

When left-clicked, disables notifications.
============================== NOTE: You *must* have a gmail tab open in order to receive chat notifications.
KNOWN ISSUES: Some of the google labs features might break this extension.
The "SMS in Chat" feature is known to cause problems.
I will try to fix this in the future.
FUTURE: I plan on adding notification timeout options, and ambiguous notifications in the event you don't want the full chat message displayed.
